222dat Terms & Conditions

1Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 222dat website, mobile web experience, and all associated services accessible via https://222dat.app.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an account with 222dat and uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform, identified by a unique mobile number.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which 222dat wallets are denominated and all transactions are processed.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits added to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal request may be submitted.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform or registering an account, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. These Terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version is always published at https://222dat.app/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

3Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on the 222dat Platform, you must at all times satisfy the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (corporate entities may not hold player accounts).
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited to you personally by applicable local law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee.

222dat reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend account access pending verification.

4Registration Process

Registration requires you to provide a valid mobile phone number, create a secure password, and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. 222dat is not liable for consequences arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by you.

5Identity Verification (KYC)

222dat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. Verification may be requested at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any point during the account lifecycle. Requested documents may include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued national identity card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of the mobile banking account used for deposits (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• A selfie holding the identity document, if requested.

Failure to complete KYC within the time frame specified in the verification request may result in temporary withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until the process is completed satisfactorily.

6Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Accepted deposit channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Deposits are credited to your 222dat wallet once payment confirmation is received from the relevant payment provider, typically within a few minutes.

222dat does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply transaction charges of their own; those charges are your responsibility.

7Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile banking account or bank account used to make your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals of real-money funds (excluding unmet Bonus Fund wagering requirements) are typically processed within ten minutes during normal operating hours.

222dat reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests made while a KYC verification is pending will be held until verification is complete. No conversion fees are applied; withdrawals are settled in BDT at face value.

222dat is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient mobile banking provider or bank. Players should allow up to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances before contacting support.

8Prohibited Transactions

The following transactions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Depositing funds from an account not registered in your own name.
• Using the Platform to process payments unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit after wagering has occurred.

9General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 222dat Platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as these General Bonus Terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these General Bonus Terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail.

• Bonuses are awarded in Bonus Funds and are credited separately from real-money balances.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or related winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering on certain game types (e.g., live sports with very low odds, certain table game bets) may not count toward, or may contribute at a reduced rate toward, wagering requirements. Eligible game types and contribution rates are listed in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds that remain unclaimed or have not had their wagering requirement met within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• 222dat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already activated an offer will be given reasonable notice of any material change.

10Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit promotions, bonuses, or free bet offers through systematic play designed to achieve guaranteed profit regardless of outcome ("bonus abuse") is prohibited. Examples include, but are not limited to, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, using automated software to exploit offer mechanics, or coordinating with other players to abuse a promotion. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have Bonus Funds and related winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

11Game Outcomes

All casino games on the 222dat Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology sourced from internationally recognised game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and are not influenced by 222dat or any third party. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term average for each game and do not guarantee results for any individual session.

12Sportsbook Betting Rules

Sports bets are accepted subject to the applicable market rules published on the relevant event page. 222dat reserves the right to:

• Void bets placed on events affected by verifiable technical errors in the odds.
• Suspend live in-play markets at any time for operational or integrity reasons.
• Apply maximum stake limits on specific markets or to specific accounts where irregular betting patterns are identified.
• Settle markets in accordance with the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant sport (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).

In the event of a disputed settlement, the decision of 222dat's trading team is final, subject to the escalation process described in Clause 17.

13Disconnection Policy

If you experience a disconnection during a live casino game or sports bet, the following rules apply: for casino games, the round in progress at the time of disconnection will be settled according to the game provider's own disconnection policy. For sports bets, bets already accepted and confirmed prior to disconnection remain valid and will be settled normally. 222dat is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or interruptions outside the Platform's control.

14Player Tools

222dat provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time through the account settings menu or via the 24/7 support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on net gaming losses.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at defined intervals to remind you how long you have been playing in the current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently deactivate your account. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

15Age Verification Obligations

222dat enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all players. If at any point we have reason to believe that a player is under the age of 21, we will suspend the account pending age verification. Any winnings generated during a period in which the player was underage will be voided. 16Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the 222dat Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a way that is not available to ordinary players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's systems, databases, or infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players to affect game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Posting abusive, harassing, or offensive content in any chat or communication feature of the Platform.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any intellectual property owned by or licensed to 222dat without prior written consent.

17Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding a game outcome, a transaction, or any other aspect of the Platform, you should contact 222dat's support team via live chat or by email at [email protected] in the first instance. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days. If you remain unsatisfied with the resolution offered, you may escalate your complaint in writing by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". The Platform's formal complaint process provides a final decision within 14 business days of the escalation being received.

18Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 222dat's total liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 222dat is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances outside 222dat's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.

19Platform Availability

222dat strives to maintain the Platform in continuous operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. 222dat is not liable for any losses incurred during planned or unplanned downtime periods.

20Amendments to These Terms

222dat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active players via a notice displayed on the Platform upon login. The updated Terms will specify the date on which they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

21Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
